The second largest bus terminal in São Paulo city, Barra Funda Bus Terminal has 40 platforms in its almost 18 thousand square meters: 28 reserved for departure and 12 for arrival of passengers.
Founded in 1989, the station receives, every day, around 40 thousand passengers who can choose to travel with one of the 34 bus companies that operates there and that offer 139 lines to more than 570 Brazilian cities.
The main bus companies that have bus tickets to the bus station are: Brasil Sul, Cometa, Ouro Branco, Pluma, Princesa do Ivaí and Princesa do Norte.
Complete and easy to access, the Bus station is connected to an important train line and a subway, it also receives buses that operate metropolitan and intercity lines. Its management is done by Socicam.

The easiest way to get to the bus terminal is by subway or train, just disembark at Barra Funda station, accessible through subway line 3 red, and train line 8 diamond CPTM.
