From the bus station there are buses leaving for intercity, interstate and international trips. There are more than 140 lines heading South, Southeast, Center-west and Northeast regions of Brazil, as well as cities in Paraguay and Argentina.
About Curitiba Bus Station:
Also known as Curitiba roadrail, the terminal is managed by URBS - urbanization of Curitiba S/A, that in 1972 created the Bus station to connect city, intercity, interstate and international transportations.
Besides the over 140 lines of 38 Bus companies that work there, the terminal also receives touristic trains that connect Curitiba to Morretes and Paranagua, and cargo trains that head the coast.
Occupying two buildings, the terminal has 50 platforms that support, every month, about one million people and 24 thousand buses. The terminal counts with a very important institution, Social Action Foundation, that helps people who intent to return to their home cities.
How to reach:
Arriving by car the access is through Avenida Presidente Camargo. If you are planning to arrive by Bus ,go through the Integrated Transport Network, that serves all regions of the city. The public ways of transportations offered are: express buses, above-ground transit, regional buses, city street buses, health care transit.
