Even been so easy, when buying online, we must follow some steps so our purchase be done the right way. Here, we show you, in three easy steps, how to purchase your bus ticket in our website.
• Search: Type in the search engine the city you travel from, the city you want to go, and the dates of departure and, if it is the case, return. Pay attention to choose the right cities and dates so you do not purchase a wrong ticket.
• Choosing the tickets and seats: After choosing the dates and cities, the search engine will lead you to the page where the available departure trips, with information such as price, time and bus companies, will be displayed. Choose the trip that best suit you.
On the same page, after choosing the departure trip, the return trip options will be displayed.
With the tickets chosen is time to choose the seats. On the same page as the previous steps, the available seats will be displayed, represented by the color green. Choose the one you prefer and, remember, you can buy up to 5 departure tickets and 5 return in a single application.
With the seats chosen, click on the “Proceed” icon at the bottom right of the screen and, you will notice, that a pop up window will appear so you can register your email. After the completed data, you will be redirected to the payment page.
• Personal information and payment: The next page you will be redirected is the one where the personal information and payment method must be filled.
In case you choose a Brazilian payment method, another pop up window will appear to ensure that this was the chosen payment method.
Fill in all the information with attention, be sure to review the information so there is no errors in the issuance of your voucher.
After all three steps, congratulations! Your purchase process was completed and a screen similar to this will appear:
You will receive your travel voucher via email with all the information of your trip.
We recommend you to arrive at the bus station with, at least, one hour before your travel, so there is time for the withdrawal of tickets in the booth of the bus company. Be sure to present the original version of the document you made your purchase.
Your ticket is valid for one year. The bus tickets can be canceled with a 100% refund within 24 hours before the reservation date. If you change your mind concerning the travel date, you have until three hours before the trip to reschedule without being charged. However, if you decide to reschedule after this tree hours, the company is allowed to charge you up to 20% fine.
